Artemis is a handsome white talking cat with blue eyes who's name derived from the Greek Moon Goddess.
For reasons unknown, he and Luna were separated and his mission was to seek out Sailor V and trained her to fight for justice until they found the other Sailor Scouts. In the beginning, he acted as Central Control
and frequently flirted with Luna. He's not strict and grouchy like Luna because Mina was more responsible and serious about her training, unlike Serena.
